Well, I've got a couple of 'em...

Tower Power 100% (by Camelot)
Load but don't run the ">>TOWER POWER<<" file, clear the screen and put
the word SECRET at the top left corner.  Get the cursor out the way and
run it.

Crest 2 Years (by Crest, obviously)
When the "please wait while decrunching" message appears before the Mega
DYCPS part, hold down G, O, L, D, R, U, S and H.

Revolution (by Chorus)
When it says flip the disk, don't.  Just press space to load a hidden
game.

Digital Messiah (by MegaStyle Productions)
More hidden games, this time on the directory of the disk in the files
you don't normally load to run the demo...

Coma Light 12 (by Oxyron)
Two hidden parts here, either during the zoomscroller hold down the keys
O, X and Y or during the load after the zoomscroller hold down space and
the fire button on a joystick in port 2.

Four Years (by Oxyron)
Simple one this, look at the disk note on the dir, there are three .PRG
files there and all are hidden parts.

Neoteric (by...  oh, Cosine. =-)
Again, check the dir, all the data files are 0 blocks except for one...
